Welcome to the FirePony Creative Society (the trade name of Playa de Fuego, Inc., a Maryland 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation) Ticketing Website (the "Website"). This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") which govern your use of our Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.

The Website is provided for your personal and non-commercial use to obtain event information and purchase tickets. Choice of Law and Forum
The Terms of Service and the relationship between you, the Website, and the FirePony Creative Society shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You, the Website, and the FirePony Creative Society agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Saint George's County, Maryland.
Severability
If any of these Terms are determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state, country, or other jurisdiction in which these Terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect, and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Termination
You agree that The FirePony Creative Society may terminate your account and access to the Service by any associated name or email address without any prior notice to you. Cause for such termination includes, but is not limited to, breaches or violations of this Agreement, the FirePony Creative Society Code of Conduct, or other incorporated agreements or guidelines; requests by law enforcement or other government agencies; a request by you, the account holder; discontinuance of or material modification to the Website or any part thereof; unexpected technical or security issues; or extended periods of inactivity. Termination of your account includes removal of access to all offerings within the Website; deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and any records, logs, or transaction histories; and barring further use of the Website. You agree that all terminations for cause shall be made at the FirePony Creative Society’s sole discretion and that the FirePony Creative Society shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account or access to the Website.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Fees are non-refundable.
